Viputec was founded in 2016 by construction engineer Viljar Puntonen with over 22 years of experience in construction industry. The company provides consulting for private housing clients in Helsinki area. Services include engineering and designing provision as well as measuring for e.g. humidity and air tightness of small houses.

Installation supervision
Foundations and load bearing structures. Wet room construction supervision.
Structural design services
Structural design for detached houses. E.g. for foundation planning or other design services that are not included in the prefabricated house design package.
Moisture control management
Monitoring humidity levels and moisture control managing: coordination services on site.
Chief designer's services
Planning coordination, site plans and foundation designs.
Air tightness measurements
RETROTEC air tightness measuring gear, FLIR bx60 thermal camera and FLIR MR77 moisture meter.
